Six students were awarded funds for the Elon University Queen City Internship Grant.

Elon University students in the Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies program, Doctor of Physical Therapy program and Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing program presented their work at the Global Engagement and Research Forum on Dec. 9 in Alumni Gym.

Elon’s increase in the number of students studying abroad is a sign of the university’s continued commitment to 100% access to global education, one of the five Elon Experiences.

The annual winter tradition brought the Elon community together with more than 50,000 luminaries lighting campus, showing how the power of light can inspire and unite.

The assistant dean of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) and assessment was invited in November to discuss her cultural diplomacy research at Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana and Universidad Iberoamericana.

The Piedmont District 7690 Rotary Club only awards one Global Grant, but due to increased funding and the strength of Elon’s applicants, the Club was pleased to award grants this year to three Elon alumni.

Registration is now open for a December 5, 2024, program in downtown Greensboro that features keynote remarks by a prominent spiritual leader and a panel conversation exploring the intersection of the rule of law and acts of religious faith.
