Sponsored by the Gender and LGBTQIA Center, the Lavender Graduation & Awards Dinner 2019 was an opportunity to honor outstanding students. 

Walker Helms ’19, a political science major who double minored in sport and event management and leadership studies, from Radford, Virginia will transition to Wake Forest School of Law this fall and credits the Student Professional Development Center with supporting him throughout the admissions process.

Nearly two dozen Elon University students and a staff member were recognized for their leadership at an awards program sponsored by Omicron Delta Kappa, a national leadership honor society. 

The comedy show's premiere will be held on May 10 in Turner Theatre.  

On April 17, 2019 Elon University celebrated its 4 annual National Biomechanics Day at Elon University.

In the latest in a series of profiles of Elon Law students completing their residencies-in-practice, Logan DeHart L’19 shares what he discovered about the law while working full-time this winter in Charlotte at the U.S. District Court for the Western District of North Carolina.

Through this two-year program, five rising juniors will participate in a combination of coursework, undergraduate research and community engagement in multifaith contexts.

Faculty in the Department of Psychology within Elon College, the College of Arts & Sciences, were mentors for the projects.

A psychology major researches how romantic partners can influence whether a person seeks help for mental health concerns. 

The global experience helped participants “break down cultural walls.”
