Molly Bauer ’19 and Heather Deiner ’19, accompanied by Associate Professor Amanda Sturgill, traveled to the University of Oklahoma March 3-4 to present their respective research topics.

The three winners of the contest, endowed by the late Philip L. Carret, were celebrated at a March 7 banquet. 

Brooke Buffington of the Student Professional Development Center shared her story with students and asked them to think about their own stories.

Elon will also host Pulitzer Prize-winning author and oncologist Dr. Siddhartha Mukherjee, psychologist and author Angela Duckworth and Wes Moore, author, social entrepreneur and motivational leader, during the upcoming academic year.

In honor of #ElonDay on March 7, donors made 4,299 gifts for more than $1,075,025 to achieve the most successful #ElonDay celebration to date.

The students participated in the educational and scholarly exchange on economic affairs during the association’s annual conference.

Three other Elon students were selected to present undergraduate research projects to the Southeastern Commission on the Study of Religion.

Head coach Charlotte Smith was named Coach of the Year, Lauren Brown was named to the All-Academic Team, Shay Burnett was named an All-CAA First Team member and Ra'Shika White was named to the All-Rookie Team.
