Thirty-one classes have shifted from McEwen Communications Building to the new 45,000-square-foot facility, which houses the 230-seat Turner Theatre, Kanarick Media Sandbox and additional classroom and communications lab spaces.

Instructional & Campus Technologies held its 9th annual Connected@Elon event during New Student Orientation. Created to help incoming students learn about the technology available to them on campus, Connected@Elon includes trivia games, prizes, and an interactive presentation. 

Students can participate in one-stop early voting from Oct. 20 through Nov. 5. Those not previously registered can register and vote in one trip.

Kristen Abernathy, assistant professor of mathematics at Winthrop University in South Carolina, spoke to a crowd of 51 students and faculty about her research in the areas of analysis and mathematical modeling on Thursday, Sept. 29.

Twenty-six students will help guide the school's Moot Court Program by participating in upcoming national contests and by coordinating Elon Law's own national moot court competition in April 2017.

Student Write Ins are for any student who wants to devote four uninterrupted hours to their writing.

The Center for Writing Excellence will sponsor multiple writing-related events across campus. Students, staff, and faculty can win great prizes by participating in person and on the CWE’s Facebook page and Twitter feed — hash tag #WhyIWrite and #ELONwrites

The Martha and Spencer Love School of Business students spent three days in Silicon Valley visiting companies, meeting with professionals and learning about different work environments.
