Glenda Phillips Hightower, the first African-American to enroll as a full-time Elon student, and Eugene Perry '69, the first African-American to receive an Elon degree, will have formal portraits unveiled during a McKinnon Hall event.

Paper, glass, aluminum and plastics can now be placed in the same recycling bins around the Elon University campus.

All Elon University students, faculty, and staff are invited to attend a Deliberative Dialogue about health care on Monday, Feb. 22, from 4-6 p.m. in McKinnon Hall.

All qualified students are encouraged to consider running for a Student Government Association posititon. Open to all students and candidiates  are not required to be a current member of the Senate or Executive officer.
