The annual conference, which is a scholarly venue to disseminate new knowledge on service-learning and community engagement, was held Sept. 26-28 in New Orleans.

The book features work from the Center for Engaged Learning’s two year, multi-institutional research seminar on writing transfer with over 40 participating faculty.

Several Elon faculty participated in the 2016 Council of Writing Program Administrators conference in July.

The conference hosted July 24-25 by Elon University's Center for Engaged Learning featured keynote addresses from George Kuh and W. Brad Johnson and ongoing collaborative research from 26 institutions.
