The Department of Sport and Event Management course partnered with Elon Athletics and the Office of Student Activities to host an April 23 block party in conjunction with a busy afternoon of on-campus sporting events.

Held throughout the day in the Student Professional Development Center, Mosley 140.

Five members of the Elon University community and one School of Communications graduate attended the 12th annual conference of The Forum on Education Abroad.  

The Los Angeles-based technology consultant noted that his connection to his alma mater continues to grow with every passing year, thanks to the friends and mentors he found on campus.

The school hosted its annual awards ceremony on April 21 to recognize high achievement from students and faculty during the past academic year.

Two seniors’ performances earned Elon University seventh place overall in the nation’s largest sales role-play competition. 

The assistant professor of sport and event management played a prominent role in the collegiate recreational sports organization’s April conference, serving as program chair and facilitating five presentations and workshops.
