As a growing number of children born with the viruses survive into adulthood, advocates are not always sure how to handle reproductive questions.

Associate professor Cynthia Fair, chair of the Department of Human Service Studies, has co-authored with Elon alumni two articles focused on a longitudinal assessment of the Chapel Buddy Program, a developmental mentoring program that pairs kindergarten students with 6th grade students at a school in Greensboro, N.C.

An unlikely pairing of disciplines celebrated a semester-long experiment last week that involved students from Performing Arts and Human Service Studies who assumed convincing roles as clients and their counselors.
