ICCIS Publishes First Newsletter of the Year

The Isabella Cannon Centre for International Studies announces the publication of the newsletter of the 2009-2010 year. A pdf of the newsletter can be found on the ICCIS website at the link to the upper right. The ICCIS will publish newsletters each semester and an archive of the newsletters will be on the ICCIS website in the near future.
