Elon Law welcomed 13 new Leadership Fellows and recognized the professional accomplishments of 14 returning fellows at a Sept. 2 evening reception.

Elon Law Professor David Levine kicked off Elon’s Technology and Law Speakers Series on Sept. 2 with a discussion featuring insights about evolving federal legislation designed to tackle cyber-espionage but threatening to deteriorate trade secrecy law. 

Speaking Sept. 1 with first-year law students, three former Chief Justices of the North Carolina Supreme Court, all founding Elon Law advisory board members, shared insights on judicial process, professionalism and leadership. 

Military law, judicial clerkship, commercial real estate and criminal law are featured in part five of a weekly series spotlighting the insights and work experiences of Elon Law students.
