Alumni and current students of the Elon Acting program speak about their semester long experiences studying Comedy at The Second City in Chicago.

The concert will be held on Friday, March 4 at 7:30 p.m. at McCrary Theatre.

The concert will have three performances from Thursday, Feb. 24 through Saturday, Feb. 26, with a discussion and in-person showing at Yeager Recital Hall for Thursday night.

Several alumni from the BFA Acting program at Elon are seeing themselves in prominent acting roles, thanks in large part to the preparation they received as Elon students.

Associate Professor Proudfit published an essay in Theatre History Studies on Branden Jacobs-Jenkins' 2014 play "Appropriate."

The work with be performed in McCrary Theatre on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. It's directed by Fred Rubeck, choreographed by Faythe Kelly with Christopher Rayis serving as music director.

Brager, who is originally from Richmond, Virginia, studied at the University of Haifa in Fall 2021.

The production will offer its second slate of performances Feb. 1-5 in Roberts Studio Theatre.

The Elon Acting Program is celebrating the five-year anniversary of its partnership with Theatre Academy of London, a study abroad program for acting students.
