The Student Government Association's 24th annual awards ceremony to recognize outstanding student organizations and leaders will be held on Tuesday, March 19. 

The concert, which will feature special guest Quinn XCII, will be the first to be held in Elon's new Schar Center. 

The commemoration will also include viewings of "United 93," a film about the hijacked plane that crashed in rural Pennsylvania during the terrorist attacks, in LaRose Theatre on Sept. 11. 

First-Year Elections Applications are due at 5 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 3. Mandatory Meeting for all candidates at 5:15 p.m. in Moseley 216 on Monday, Sept. 3.

The annual effort kicked off in 2011 thanks in part to the work of an Elon alum serving with the armed forces in Afghanistan. 

Neuroscientist and biological anthropoligist Helen Fisher will offer a look into her pioneering research in human personality and the neurochemistry of leadership as part of the Liberal Arts Forum lecture series. 

"A Message of Peace and Reconciliation" from the former head of the Rwanda Parliament. 
 

SGA launched a year-long pilot bike-share program with Zagster in 2017. After reviewing user data from the past year, SGA has decided not to continue the program.
