A contingent from the Department of Sport and Event Management shared research on a variety of topics, including outdoor educational initiatives, first-year experience, facility management, and student leadership in collegiate recreation.

Following an inspiring Winter Term experience, Drew Forte ’15 and several other Elon University students collected more than 200 items of baseball equipment and shipped them in May to youth organizations in the Caribbean country.

Students in the Sport and Event Management Department hosted an April 27 charity dinner, raising $800 in support of Communication Services for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, Inc., a nonprofit organization in Greensboro, North Carolina.
