Following an inspiring Winter Term experience, Drew Forte ’15 and several other Elon University students collected more than 200 items of baseball equipment and shipped them in May to youth organizations in the Caribbean country.

Students in an Elon Core Curriculum capstone course led by faculty members in the Martha & Spencer Love School of Business and Elon College, the College of Arts & Sciences, spent eight days in Peru sharing with farmers ideas to improve their land while growing their revenues.

During on-campus presentations, graduate students in the Interactive Media master's program on Jan. 27 discussed their work from their travels in Costa Rica, Guatemala, Barbados and the Dominican Republic.

Kelly Swaim ’17, recipient of the Miriam and Abe Brenner Holocaust Education Scholarship, traveled to Europe during Winter Term 2015 as part of Elon’s "Holocaust Journey" study abroad course.
