Tickets to see Loretta Lynch, the first African-American woman to serve as Attorney General of the United States and an accomplished former federal prosecutor, go on sale starting February 7, 2019.

The David Gergen Award for Leadership & Professionalism, bestowed each year at Elon University School of Law’s Commencement, recognizes one student in the graduating class who embodies the highest levels of selfless leadership and service.

Trisciani, who joined the football coaching staff in 2016, was welcomed into his new role during a Dec. 17 press conference in Alumni Field House. 

The asssistant professor of biology is a co-investigator on a project titled "The new buzz: AI-powered acoustic monitoring of insect communities to advance conservation of tropical rainforests," being funded by the National Geographic Society (NGS) and Microsoft. 

Graduates in Elon Law’s Class of 2018 were recognized with school and professional honors for advocacy, legal writing and research, academic excellence, and excellence in service.

Elon University School of Law conferred 102 degrees in a Commencement ceremony that featured an address by North Carolina Attorney General Josh Stein, who reminded graduates of their duty to seek justice and to protect the rule of law in troubling times.

Josh Stein, the state of North Carolina's top attorney, will address graduates in the Class of 2018 in a December 15 program inside Elon University's Alumni Gym.

The ranking comes from Poets & Quants, a business education news outlet that released its survey results on Dec. 13. 

Elon and Pew surveyed nearly 1,000 leading technologists about the wide-ranging impact of artificial intelligence on the quality of life of individuals.
