Copier Toner and Printer Cartridges

Laser printer cartridges can be purchased in one of two ways:

1.  Remanufactured cartridges can be obtained by submitting a purchase request to the purchasing department. Please call ext. 5580 for pricing and availability.


2.  New and/or remanufactured cartridges can be ordered through OfficeMax.

Empty cartridges that were obtained through Purchasing should be returned tho Purchasince to be recycled.  Empty cartridges that were obtained through OfficeMax should be returned to OfficeMax.

Copier Toner and Staples:

Starting March 6, you now have the ability to order Ricoh supplies via, Ricoh’s online ordering system. The Technology Help Desk will no longer place orders for Ricoh supplies.
To help in this transition, Campus Technology Support has made training for ordering Ricoh supplies easy and accessible. On March 5, the Technology Help Desk hosted a Tech Talk @2 that walks users through the registration and ordering process.
