Copier Toner and Printer Cartridges

The Purchasing department maintains an inventory of remanufactured toner cartridges for laser jet printers. These can be obtained by submitting a purchase request to the purchasing department. Please call x-5580 for pricing and availability.

Toner for the Ricoh Aficio MPC 3500 multi-function machines (copiers) can be obtained by contacting the Help Desk at ext. 5200.  Please have the IKON ID number (located on the front of the machine) ready when you call.  Toner is included in the maintenance agreement.

Staple cartridges can also be obtained from the Help Desk.  These are not included in the maintenance agreement and will incur a charge to your department.
