Nancy Luberoff became Elon's first Campus Hillel Director in summer of 2008 after serving as the director for a number of Jewish non-profits and foundations in North Carolina and California. She has served as the Education Director for Judea Reform Congregation (Durham), the Program Coordinator  for Durham’s Partnership for Children, the Executive Director of Northern California’s Non-Profit Housing Association, and the Executive Director of the Oakland Jewish Community Center. Nancy holds a Master's in Social Work and a B.A. in Religion. She is a certified teacher.
