Judicial Affairs Office

The Office of Judicial Affairs is responsible for coordination of the University's honor code. This includes, but is not limited to:

* Maintaining official university records for all honor code violations (social and academic)

* Notifying parents when students are found responsible for certain honor code violations (See Sanctions section.)

* Training and advising members of the University's Honor Board

* Investigating and adjudicating all reports of social honor code violations

* Periodic review and update of Elon's honor code

* Promoting awareness of the Elon honor code on campus

* Conducting periodic meetings with campus and local law enforcement agencies

* Training and supervision of Administrative Hearing Officers.
