Summer Support & Opportunities to Explore

A woman stands at the front of a classroom presenting a slide titled 'Learning Objectives' to a group of faculty and staff seated at tables. Participants listen attentively, some using laptops or taking notes, in a bright modern learning space with large windows and whiteboards.

Teaching and Learning Technologies will continue to offer support throughout the summer with flexible opportunities to explore Canvas, ask questions, and work in the system at your own pace.

  • Migrate Your Moodle Course Drop-In Hours – May 27, 10 a.m.-12 p.m.
  • Digital Learning Days (DLD) – Offered twice this summer (June 24 or July 30), DLD will explore how Canvas can support teaching, course design, and student engagement. Participants will collaborate with colleagues, share ideas and best practices, and walk away with a course that they feel prepared to teach in the fall. Learn more and register.
  • Canvas Summer Office Hours – Optional support opportunities are available throughout the summer for faculty and staff who would like guidance, dedicated work time, or help exploring Canvas alongside TLT and CATL staff. Register for the first session on June 16.

Additional summer support opportunities, such as custom collaborations, student view sessions, and workshops, will continue to be announced throughout the summer in the Canvas Transition Hub.

Whether you’re looking for a quick introduction, hands-on help, self-paced courses, or guided support as you continue exploring Canvas alongside colleagues, support will continue throughout the summer and into Planning Week.
