Major Pathways
How to Progress Through the Major
The outline below presents the recommended course sequence for all students in the Art major, whether pursuing the BA or BFA. This progression is designed to support the development of studio skills, conceptual depth, and readiness for advanced work in the senior thesis. Students who pursue a second major, any minors, or study abroad experiences should plan these opportunities in close consultation with their advisor so they do not interrupt progress through the Art curriculum.
