Grad Fair/Caps & Gowns

Grad Fair at Elon was Monday-Tuesday, April 7-8, 2025. Candidates who still need to pick up a Commencement gown should:

• Visit to the bookstore during business hours.
• Go to the second floor textbook counter to request your robe.
• Please have your Phoenix Card for fastest service.

Candidates who are currently not living at Elon (e.g., fall/winter grads, study abroad, remote internship, etc.), or for other reasons may not be on main campus during the spring semester, should plan to have their robe with them on May 23.

SHIPPING REQUESTS: Please complete the shipping form to receive cap and gown by UPS. Otherwise, stop at the bookstore when you return in May.

Please note there is no charge for the cap, gown and tassel unless a replacement is needed. If loss or damage occurs, return to the university bookstore to purchase a replacement.
