    2. Determine the process by which elections should be handled when we have school/division positions and at-large positions. Should people be eligible for both school/division and at-large position if they do not win the school/division position
    3. Automatic notification of sabbaticals/dismissal/maternity/paternity for committees
  4. Department scholarship statements
    1. How should they be implemented
    2. What happens now – revisions of documents and committee continuance
  5. Chairs task force
    1. Continue discussion of items to implement and how to implement them
  6. Examine the ELR and study abroad requirements in light of student athletes getting one unit of ELR for a study abroad experience that is ½ the work and time of a traditional winter term study abroad experience

  • Explicitly stating that it is policy that faculty offer +/- grades
