Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Elon’s Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Program prepares students for the initial licensure exam and future nursing careers. Our curriculum offers a balance of traditional coursework with hands-on experiences in our in-house skills lab and simulation center, clinical settings, community centers and more. This program will provide students with a foundational knowledge base, enabling client-centered care across the lifespan and the health-wellness-illness continuum.
Completion of the nursing program will prepare students to sit for the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX) to become a licensed, registered nurse (RN).
This degree is offered two formats:
The Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) at Elon University is a 4 year pre-licensure program that provides future nurses with the knowledge, skills, experiences and global thinking to succeed and thrive in today’s ever-changing health care landscape. The Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ABSN) prepares future nurses through an intensive, 16-month post-baccalaureate program that includes 65 credit hours and 540 clinical hours.BSN Program
