Students must upload the form to PhoenixCONNECT and attach it to the related event request if the event includes alcohol, more than 100 guests, off-campus guests or when money is collected at the door.

Need food at your event? Explore a variety of catering options and make requests via Mill Point Catering, a service of Elon Dining. All orders must be reserved seven business days in advance and confirmed within three business days of the event to avoid late fees. Events with more than 100 guests or those requiring special menus must be confirmed one week prior to the event.

Event Technology Services Request Form
Event Technology Services offers professional technology support and staffing for campus events. Services include live event production, sound reinforcement, video capture or playback and streaming. For assistance, request should be submitted via 25live during your event submission. All modifications should be emailed to email@example.com at least 10 business days in advance. Submitting your request in the initial stages of event planning is optimal to ensure availability.
