Never Run a 5k? Train for Turkey Trot!

NEVER RUN A 5K? WANT TO GIVE IT A TRY?

Sign-up between October 18th and October 22nd for a spot in Campus Rec’s Turkey Trot Training Program!

The program is limited to 50 participants and feature 4 weeks of challenges to get you ready to run that 5k. Each week, there will 4 challenges that must be completed (1 challenge per day, 4 days per week).

Turkey Trot spots usually fill up fast, so our participants are GUARANTEED a spot in the 5k and a t-shirt for the race. There will also be prizes raffled off throughout the program!

The training program begins October 23rd, so make sure you sign-up right after Fall Break.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask one of the Fitness Supervisors on duty in the Fitness Center.
