Rhonda Belton, Director of Applications Technology, and Chris Fulkerson, Assistant VP for Technology, presented on managing for quality results at the National Datatel Users Group (DUG) Conference in Washington, D.C., March 12th.
The title of the presentation was “Letting the Inmates Run the Asylum: An Institution’s Users’ Group Sets Priorities for the Programmers,” which discussed Elon’s method of prioritizing technology projects and how to keep the lines of communication open between IT staff and departmental users.
