Campus Dining particpated in Elon’s Weigh the Waste April 11th. A food audit at Harden showed that a total of 141 pounds of after-serving wastes were generated by 330 students. Please note that the actual per-day total is likely higher, since .42 per student was wasted just at DINNER!
