2008-2009 SGA Budget Applications are due to the SGA office
no later than 5:00 pm on Wednesday, February 20. The application packets
are available now in the SGA Office Moseley 221-A or on the SGA web-site
at http://org.elon.edu/sga/. Please
encourage groups to read all instructions thoroughly prior to submitting the packet.
The Finance Committee and SGA Executive Treasurer will hold
informational meetings for organization treasurers and advisors (or other representatives)
who may want more information and guidance about the application packets or the
budget hearing process. These meetings are optional but will serve as a great
resource for groups who participate in SGA Budget Hearings. Groups should
plan to attend one of these meetings.

2008-2009 SGA Budget Hearings will be conducted the evenings
of February 24, 25, 26, and 27 (5:00 until 10:00 pm). Groups hearing times will
be posted no later than 5:00 pm on February 22, 2008.
