Do you have any plans for the Easter Weekend yet? Why not grab a backpack and join Elon Outdoors on our Appalachian Trail Backpacking Trip from April 10-13! This will be a challenging 16 mile adventure into the North Carolina mountains where you will climb 4,000-ft. mountains, cross the mighty French Broad River, and climb the Rich Mountain Fire Tower on the NC/TN border. Sign ups for this trip will take place at the Campus Recreation front desk on Wednesday, April 8, at noon. The cost for the entire trip will be $20, which includes transportation to and from the trail, all meals, and any rental gear you may need.
