Sign up this week (Monday, Sept. 7 – Friday, Sept. 11) to work as an interviewer for the Elon University Poll.
Sign-up sheets are available in the lobby of the political science department, which is located on the first floor of Gray Pavilion. Gray Pavilion is part of the Academic Village, located near the tennis courts. Sign-up sheets (notebooks) are on the right as you enter the building.
You get paid $8.60 per hour & we feed you (all the pizza you can eat during dinner break). You don’t need experience – we pay you while we train you during the times you work (during your shift). We also award two $25 gift card prizes each night.
We are conducting our first poll of the semester beginning on Wednesday, Sept. 16. We will poll from 5-9 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday, and 1-6 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
If you don’t have time to sign-up this week or are unsure about your schedule, we also use walk-ins during the week of the poll. Walk-ins must arrive 10 minutes before we begin and work if we have any empty polling stations. We tend to use walk-ins during each poll.
