Join the Black Cultural Society on Nov.12 at 6:30 p.m. in the LaRose Digital Theater for “Thursday Night Stereotypes.”
We will be watching and discussing a John Singleton film, Higher Learning. This thought-provoking film details the lives of three incoming freshmen and their encounters with stereotypes, racism, homosexuality, sex/rape, violence and their overall college transition. A discussion will follow the program entailing the issues posed and how these issues relate to Elon students.
