Claudine Moreau, lecturer in physics, was recently awarded Best Pedagogical Paper for a presentation given at a recent sectional meeting of the American Association of Physics Teachers. The award was for her talk, “The Elon Physics Phenomena Photography Project,” describing her development of a photo contest and multimedia show for undergraduates taking General Physics classes. As part of this award, Professor Moreau will receive funding from the NCS-AAPT to support the presentation of this talk at a national conference.
