Weaver will continue to work with members of the Lumina Foundation to discuss the role of intercollegiate athletics in higher education productivity. The mission of Lumina Foundation for Education is to expand access and success in education beyond high school, particularly among adults, first-generation college going students, low-income students and students of color.

In addition, Weaver will be a frequent contributor to the Knowledge Collaborative, a collaborative environment where participants can share information. Its content includes discussions, documents, videos, podcasts, and blogs generated by project advisers, project mentors, researchers, policymakers, expert consultants, state team members and partners of the Lumina College Productivity initiative.

His most recent work, “A Case Study: The State of Arizona,” was featured in KC Exchanges. The case study was also part of an article Weaver wrote for www.ultimatesportsinsider.com discussing the salary dilemma in Division I athletics.
