Elon M.U.N is committed to helping students EXPERIENCE international affairs, opposed to just studying it, and provides a number of activities for a diverse group of students to explore various interests. Students interested in diplomacy, peace, and international institutions can debate current issues in mock U.N. Security Council sessions. Students with regional interest can develop skills and knowledge in M.U.N.’s bi-annual Global Simulation Conference and the International Crisis Conference at Elon (I.C.C.E.); students with an interest in strategic planning, international political economy, and/or military action can participate in intercollegiate conferences held in New York City, Washington D.C., and other major U.S. cities.
