Career Search Workshops for Seniors in the Love School of Business

During January, Richard Jordan and Kehaya Wescott in the Love School of Business Career Services and Internships team are running a series of career search workshops aimed at seniors. The aim is to ‘kick-start’ the career searches of LSB students, and the workshops combine core material from the various stages of the Career search process, as follows:

“Who Am I?”
Looks at Self Assessment and Communication Strategy, and is running on:

Wed., Jan. 19 (2:30 – 4 p.m.)
Wed., Jan 26 (9 – 10:30 a.m.)
Fri., Jan. 28 (9 – 10:30 a.m.)
 

“What’s my Audience?” covers Market Assessment and developing a Networking Strategy, and is running on:

Fri., Jan. 21 (9:30 – 11 a.m.)
Wed., Jan. 26 (2 – 3:30 p.m.)
Fri., Jan. 28 (2 – 3:30 p.m.)

“Why You Should Hire Me” is all about interviews: Preparation, Etiquette, Practice and Follow-up. These are taking place on:

Wed., Jan. 19 (9:30 – 11 a.m.)
Fri., Jan. 21st (2:30 – 4 p.m.)
Thur., Jan. 27 (9 – 10:30 a.m.)
