Robert Downey Jr, an expectant first-time father, whose wife’s due date is days away, hurries to catch a flight home from a recent business trip. His intentions of getting home before the birth of his child are completely changed when he encounters an aspiring actor, Zach Galifianakis. He is forced to hitch a ride with Galifianakis, which turns into a a humorous but disastrous cross-country road trip.
