Carly Casey '09 and Kiira Schmidt '03 have their photos included in recent media coverage of their respective performances taking place this month in New York City.
Casey, a music theatre graduate, will take part in four concerts of the Gilbert and Sullivan show as part of a fundraising effort for the theatre company, now entering its 11th season. She stars as Mabel in the musical theatre production of Pirates of Penzance by New York’s Skyline Theatre Company.
The theatre publication Playbill included a photo of her and co-star Nick Cartelli as part of its coverage of the fundraiser.
Schmidt, another music theatre graduate, is in a photo that accompanies a Sept. 16 NPR story reviewing the Broadway production of Follies.
