The Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity is presenting a program addressing LGBT issues, specifically straight men on gay issues on Sept. 21 from 7:30 - 8:30 p.m. in the Commuter Lounge.
We would like to invite faculty and students to join us. The program will consist of a panel of heterosexual men with different perspectives that will share their experiences, thoughts and opinions dealing with their gay family, friends, teammates, fraternity brothers, etc.
This program is designed for students to hear a discussion from the heterosexual male point of view in order to dissect the relationships between straight men and gay men. We hope to facilitate useful discussion that will lead to more conversation among straight and gay men.
This program is for both gay and straight men in order to foster productive conversation among the male population at Elon.
