“Scarred Lands and Wounded Lives” documentary screening – Nov. 17

On Thursday, Nov. 17, in Moseley 217 at 7 p.m., Non-Violence Studies and Environmental Studies will screen the documentary "Scarred Lands and Wounded Lives: The Environmental Footprints of War" followed by a Q&A led by Professor Emerita Anne Cassebaum.

The film depicts the long-lasting devastation brought by warfare not only on humans but also on other living beings and the natural environment. Its message will enable our students to gain a global perspective on the broader negative effects of war. Please share this information with your classes.
