Bio on Sosha Lewis:

Sosha Lewis graduated from West Virginia University in 1999 with a B.S. in Communication Studies. Her first job was as communications manager for Whitney, Bailey, Cox & Magnani, an engineering, planning and zoning firm. She quickly found herself speaking and presenting at community planning and zoning meetings throughout the state of West Virginia. She moved to Charlotte, N.C., in 2001 after being hired as an editor a Business Wire. After five years in an action-packed newsroom, she decided to explore other options. She was hired as the event planner for Laureate Capital (nka Grandbridge), a subsidiary of BB&T. Within two years she was the Asst. Vice President of Marketing. However, Lewis shocked everyone, most notably herself, when she decided to be a stay-at-home mom after the birth of her daughter in 2009. She now runs her own website and blog, itsnotsasha.com, where she posts stories of her unusual childhood.
