As part of the Navigating Islam Series presented by the Truitt Center for Religious and Spiritual Life, Rasul Miller will visit Elon to discuss issues pertinent to Islam in America.
“The American Mosque: The Challenges of Racial Identity, Cultural Continuity and the ‘Foreignization’ of Islam in America” will be held from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Jan. 18 in Johnston Hall 100.
Rasul Miller is a researcher for the Islamic Educational Support Foundation (IESF) and Nasrul Ilm America (NIA).
