The Burlington Downtown Corporation needs about 4-5 volunteers on Friday, May 24, 2013 from both 12 - 2 pm and 9 - 11 pm for set-up and tear-down.
The Burlington Downtown Corporation needs about 4-5 volunteers on Friday, May 24, 2013 from both 12 – 2 pm and 9 – 11 pm for set-up and tear-down. The work will be to help do some heavy lifting putting up and taking down a 30×50 tent in Downtown Burlington.
The plan is to put the tent up around Noon on Friday and then the volunteers can hang around for the actual event if they would like. If not, the Dowtown Corporation would appreciate volunteers coming back to help take the tent back down. The event itself is from 5:00pm to 9:00pm.
They are expecting that it will not take two hours each to put up and take down the tent, but just in case, that’s what they have written down.
