The Periclean Scholars Program inducted 16 rising sophomores into its 22nd cohort as students begin a three-year journey focused on ethical community engagement, global partnership, and food sovereignty.

Elon's commitment to multifaith engagement is reflected in the work its students do in the community, from teaching ESL courses at a local mosque to making food for a community church.

Queens and Elon University are strengthening student opportunities through a merged academic calendar, a priority pathway for Queens undergrads to Elon Law, and participation in the first cohort of the Deliberative Citizenship Network.

Over 80 community members, alumni, students, faculty and staff attended the event.

During an alternative break experience to Savannah, students engaged in hands-on service that deepened their understanding of community impact, environmental responsibility and personal well-being.

During her fellowship year, Bratić collaborated with the Kernodle Center for Civic Life and the Student Government Association to advance an initiative that strengthened campus-community connections and student civic participation.

What began as an Employee Volunteer Program by the Staff Advisory Council has grown into a meaningful program that strengthens both community ties and campus culture

The clinic serves uninsured residents, providing free, comprehensive care with a mission grounded in equity and prevention.

The recognition highlights Elon’s commitment to developing engaged students and places the university among 129 institutions nationwide honored for nonpartisan civic engagement.
