Lunch and Learn: How to be a Trans Ally
Lindner 206, 11:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. (Lunch provided)

What does it mean to be an “ally” to trans* people? What are the major issues facing transgender people in our society today? Is “allyship” enough? Designed for newcomers to trans* topics as well as self-identified allies (cis and trans* alike), this session offers participants a range of opportunities to grow their understandings of effective transgender allyship. This workshop is led by Dr. Cael Keegan, Visiting Assistant Professor of LGBT Studies at Hobart and William Smith Colleges. Please email Laura St. Cyr to sign up. Space is limited.
