In this Winter-Term themed panel discussion, Elon faculty from a variety of disciplines will discuss moments of insight – moments, that is, when they became aware of the difference that difference makes in their teaching, and in the learning that can result, for our students and ourselves.
The panel discussion will focus on strategies the panelists used to address challenges to creating inclusive classrooms, as well as ways they work to continue their own and their students’ learning and growth about people who are different from ourselves/themselves.
