In this lunch discussion, we will share research from recent studies along with strategies that are effective for working with and supporting students who have high financial need. Participants will reflect on and discuss anonymized case studies from real Elon contexts and plan ways to create and sustain classroom environments across disciplines in which students with high financial need feel included and can thrive.
