The Red Cross and Centro La Comunidad are looking for bilingual volunteers to assist with an Alarm Installment event to take place on a Saturday morning in January. This would involve Red Cross representatives as well as the Fire Department visiting homes and installing alarms, and discussing fire prevention with community members. Volunteers would assist in communication to Spanish-speaking families, which can help families understand and participate in this event.
