Stefanie Milovic, an Honors Fellow and event coordination and public relations major, has been interviewed by multiple televisions stations about the location of the attack, which originated on Westminster Bridge outside Parliament, and the atmosphere in its aftermath.

“It’s been a little bit difficult and a little crazy,” Milovic told Spectrum News Wednesday during a interview via Skype.

Milovic said she was not at Parliament when the attack occurred, but was instead studying at the campus of the University of Oxford when the attack occurred. She found out what had happened after receiving a text from her mother asking if she was OK.

“That was when I realized what had just happened,” Milovic, who said she knew well the area where the attack occurred from her time working at Parliament, told WFMY News2

Milovic is one of nearly three dozen Elon students who are studying in London during the spring semester. Shortly after the attack, Elon faculty and staff checked in with each to ensure they were safe.
