Percussion Ensemble Fall Concert

More than 50 Elon alumni and their families gathered on July 9 for a cookout at Freedom Park

The fall musical production by the Department of Performing Arts will run Oct. 26-28 and Nov. 2-4. Directed by Catherine McNeela and choreographed by Michael Jablonski.

Department of Art and Art History hosts artist talk at 5:30 p.m. followed by opening reception for installation at Gallery 406, Arts West. Exhibition continues until Dec. 1.

Elon University Lyceum Series presents Richard Dowling in a tribute to American composer Scott Joplin. Whitley Auditorium, 7:30 p.m. Admission: $13 or Elon ID. Tickets available Sept. 28 at the Center for the Arts Box Office. For information, call (336) 278-5610. 

Department of Performing Arts annual show is directed by Frederick J. Rubeck and Artemis Preeshl. Shows at 7:30 p.m. both nights. Admission at the door.

Alamance County's Science Cafe holds programs on the second Tuesday of each month (September - December) at Fat Frogg Bar & Grill, Elon starting at 7 p.m. Drop in, no ticket required.
