The School of Communications and Cinelon Productions will host a filmmaking Q&A session with international director Charlotte Brändström on Friday, April 20. The event will be held in McEwen 214 and begin at 3 p.m.
The mother of Elon senior Adrian Freyermuth, Brändström has directed more than 30 feature films, mini-series and movies-of-the-week on locations across the globe. Recently, she has directed episodes of “Grey’s Anatomy,” “Madam Secretary” and “Outlander.”
She is a graduate of the directing program at the American Film Institute in Los Angeles.
